STRENGTHENING PUBLIC HEALTH RESEARCH IN EUROPE

Questionnaire on Public Perception (PDF)

"Dear colleagues,
The European Public Health Alliance (EPHA) and the Slovak Public Health Association (SAVEZ) are kindly requesting the collaboration of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) working on the area of public health, to contribute to a project (SPHERE) that is trying to assess the current priorities for public health research in Europe.
We would like to thank those of you who have already taken the time to reply to the questionnaire sent on 16th February. More than 47 responses have been received so far, which proves the commitment of the NGO community to public health research.
For those of you who didn't have the opportunity to respond, we would be grateful if you could fill in the questionnaire (which should take max. 20 minutes) and return it before May 15, 2006 to Gabriel Gulis by E-mail ggulis@health.sdu.dk
The questionnaire is either attached or in the form of a link at the bottom of this message (depending on your email software).
If you are not an NGO, please forward the questionnaire to any NGO that you might consider relevant.
The outcome of your responses will be posted on the EPHA website and will feed into the debate on the priorities for the Seventh Research Programme (FP7) and the new Health and Consumer Programme.
The project is financially supported by the European Commission, DG Research. http://www.ucl.ac.uk/public-health/sphere/spherehome.htm

Thank you for your participation!
Best wishes,
Gabriel Gulis (SAVEZ) and Roxana Radulescu (EPHA)"
